• A1: There is no minimum transaction amount for the first order reward. Any amount for the first transaction is eligible for a 3% reward, with a maximum reward amount of 10,000 Naira.

Q2: How is the weekly transaction reward period calculated?

• A2: The weekly transaction reward period is based on a calendar week, from Monday to Sunday. At the end of each week, the total transaction amount is calculated, and rewards are issued accordingly.

Q3: What is the definition of a new customer for referral rewards?

• A3: A new customer for referral rewards is a completely new registered user who has never appeared in our company's database.

Q4: How can I check my rewards?

• A4: After each transaction is completed, our Giant Network customer service team will send you a notification with the cumulative amount and accumulated rewards.

Q5: How long does it take to receive the rewards?

• A5: The first order reward is issued immediately after the transaction is completed. The weekly transaction reward is issued at the end of each week. The referral reward is issued immediately after the referred customer completes their first order.
